Building on more than 12 years of experience in enterprise IT support and service operations, I design and deliver websites, booking workflows and focused internal tools that address real business and operational needs. I work through a structured, AI-assisted and human-controlled process — from initial discovery to tested handover.
Clear, responsive and technically reliable websites aligned with the goals of the business and designed to make the visitor's next step easier.
Appointment-booking and customer workflows that connect the public-facing experience with day-to-day operations and reduce manual administration.
Focused applications and internal interfaces built around a specific operational problem, making everyday work more structured and easier to track.
Support from requirements clarification and scope definition through architecture and implementation planning to a working solution.
A structured assessment of where AI can create real value, which risks need to be considered and where human oversight must remain part of the process.

A multilingual web application built with TanStack Start, React and Supabase. It includes authentication, saved Bible verses, personal notes, theme and language switching, and database-level access control. Delivered from initial concept through live deployment on Vercel.
Visit the web applicationWe map the current operation, the real problem, the people involved and the outcome the solution needs to achieve.
We clarify the use case, required functionality, constraints, risks and the decision points where human oversight is needed.
Based on the approved direction, the user experience, technical structure and working solution are developed through short validation cycles.
Functionality, responsiveness, core user journeys and the agreed acceptance criteria are validated against realistic usage scenarios.
Handover is documented and transparent. The exact terms of post-launch support and maintenance are defined in the proposal and agreement for each project.

I have worked in enterprise IT environments for more than 12 years, primarily across IT support, system support, application support and service operations. This has taught me how systems, users and business processes interact — and that a solution must not only work, but also remain understandable, manageable and maintainable.
I have built on this foundation through the AI Solution Analyst, Claude Code, Vibe Coding and Designer 2.0 programmes. AI Solution Analysis provides a structured approach to identifying business opportunities, use cases, risks, evaluation criteria and the points where human oversight is required. Claude Code and Vibe Coding provide the practical foundation for AI-assisted implementation.
Designer 2.0 was an intensive eight-week AI-first solution design and delivery programme covering the complete delivery process: from UX and UI workflows to agentic workflows, technical integrations and quality assurance, through production readiness, documentation and client handover.
Today, I connect these three perspectives: enterprise operational experience, structured solution design and AI-assisted delivery. My current focus includes small-business websites, booking workflows, internal tools and Supabase-backed MVPs.
The objective is not to use AI for its own sake. It is to deliver a practical digital solution that addresses a real problem, fits the way the business operates and makes clear where human judgement must remain part of the process.
